Charging equipment compatibility matters
Refrigerant cans and charging tools can use different connection designs. Verify that the hose or dispensing tool is compatible with the AF-3V container and an automotive R-134a low-pressure service port before attempting service.
Do not improvise adapters or connect a tool that does not lock securely. Refrigerant is stored under pressure and must be handled according to the product label.
When a complete kit is the better choice
If you do not already have a compatible charging hose, EZ005 or EZC7 may be easier. EZ005 includes a 7-inch hose in a 12 oz format. EZC7 provides a larger 16.8 oz all-in-one recharge solution with a built-in hose.
