Same Day Shipping Guarantee!
Orders Processed by 1:00 pm PST Monday-Friday Ship The SAME DAY!
In-stock items only, excluding holidays. Except for Battery products!

In stock items will ship in 24 to 48 hours. In most cases, however, if you place an order before 1:00pm PT and the requested item(s) are in stock, it will ship from our warehouse the same day. Whereas, if an item on your order needs to be drop-shipped from one of our suppliers, we’ll make sure that it ships out as quickly as possible! Shipping Methods

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. FedEx is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose UPS or US Mail (US only). Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

FEDEX

  1. Estimated delivery time.
  2. A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the FedEx delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted.
  3. If you require the FedEx Next Day Air delivery please call Customer Service.

UPS

  1. A signature may be required upon delivery (depending on your location and at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.

US POSTAL SERVICE (USA ONLY)

  1. USPS orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day the order is placed!
  2. USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up.
  3. Delivery times vary by destination, and is not guaranteed.
  4. Tracking of packages have some limitations
  5. A signature may be required upon delivery or pick up from the Post Office near by.

SHIPPING FEES

All Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, and are based on the size and weight of your items, their destination, and which shipping method you choose. These shipping rates are quoted directly from our shipping calculators. We do everything we can to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Parts Universe does not make a profit from shipping. Please feel free to contact us in Live Chat, and one our Customer Care Consultants will be happy to review your order with you.

CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Confirmation e-mails are sent immediately after your package is shipped, complete with estimated delivery date and tracking information (trackable shipping methods only). First Class, Priority and Express Mail have delivery confirmation.
