CRC Brakleen Brake Parts Cleaner
The #1 selling brake cleaner in North America. Fast-evaporating solvent that removes brake fluid, grease, oil, and contaminants from brake rotors, pads, drums, and calipers without leaving residue.
- Non-chlorinated formula: Safer for plastic and rubber components, California-compliant
- Chlorinated formula: Faster evaporation, stronger cleaning power - not for sale in CA/certain states
- Use: Spray on brake components before installation, clean rotors after machining, remove grease contamination from brake surfaces
- Important: Never use on hot brakes or near open flame - highly flammable
CRC QD Electronic Cleaner
Fast-drying electrical contact cleaner safe for plastics, rubber, and all electronic components. Removes oxidation, flux residue, and contamination from circuit boards, connectors, switches, and relays. Leaves no residue.
Best for: cleaning MAF sensors, throttle bodies, electrical connectors, PCB boards, switch contacts
Note: Some MAF sensors require a dedicated MAF cleaner - QD Electronic Cleaner is safe for most but check the sensor manufacturer's recommendation.
CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner
Specifically formulated for MAF sensors - won't damage the delicate hot wire or film elements. Removes oil film contamination that causes rich running, poor idle, and P0101/P0102 codes. A dirty MAF is one of the most common causes of fuel economy complaints.
CRC Throttle Body & Air Intake Cleaner
Removes carbon buildup from throttle bodies, intake manifolds, and idle air control valves. Safe for oxygen sensors and catalytic converters. Use during routine maintenance or when idle quality declines.
CRC 5-56 (Multi-Purpose Lubricant)
CRC's answer to WD-40 - a multi-purpose penetrating oil and lubricant. Displaces moisture, frees rusted fasteners, lubricates hinges and cables, and protects metal from corrosion. The 5-56 formula is CRC's original product and remains one of their best sellers.
CRC Power Lube Industrial Lubricant
Heavier than 5-56 for applications needing longer-lasting lubrication - door hinges, garage door tracks, linkages, and cables. Stays put better than penetrating oils in high-wear applications.
CRC Freeze-Off Penetrant
Extreme cold (-45�F) thermal shock penetrant for freeing seized bolts, rusted nuts, and corroded fasteners. The rapid cooling creates micro-fractures in corrosion layers, allowing the penetrant to wick in. More effective than heat for many applications.
