RETURN and REFUND POLICY

If you have a defective item or if the wrong product was shipped to you please notify us immediately within 30 days upon received. Returns for quality reasons are taken very seriously and will be handled quickly. Contact us by Live Chat for a Return Material Authorization number, (RMA). Credit will not be issued for any returns without a RMA number.

If material has been ordered incorrectly we will do our very best to assist you.

*Returned items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, and must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
