Return and Refund Policy

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please notify us immediately and within 30 days of delivery. We do our best to ensure the quality of the products sold on MyPartsUniverse.com.

Please contact us by live chat or email us at info@mypartsuniverse.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Credit will not be issued for returns submitted without an RMA number.

If you ordered the wrong item, we will do our best to assist you with the return process. Returned items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, and accompanied by the original packing slip.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
