We ship all our Products from our warehouse located in Walnut, CA.
What if the carrier I prefer is not listed at checkout?
While checking out, if you notice a specific carrier is not listed as an option, please contact our customer service department. Typically, this is due to typographical error or omission while entering the shipping address. Please make sure to check the address thoroughly to make sure all information is correct.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Parts Universe stocked items will generally ship the same day as long as the order was placed before 2pm and does not require additional processing time (spooling, printing, etc). Depending on your location, you will receive your shipment within 3-7 business days.

What is the warranty on your products?
MyPartsUniverse.com warrantees any product purchased against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any product determined by WireCare.com to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to us will, at MyPartsUniverse.com's option, be repaired, replaced or the purchase price including shipping refunded.
Do you have a retail store?
Sorry, we do not. We are exclusively an eCommerce store.
