Parts Universe does not run a points club. The account is free. It is for shops, fleets, and repeat buyers who want order history, faster reorders, and a place to send a job list.

What you get

• Order history and reorder from past invoices.
• Job lists by email — send part numbers and quantities to info@mypartsuniverse.com. We reply with availability.
• One Ground shipment — add more parts to the same order when that is cheaper than a second shipment. We do not promise a dollar amount; extra weight can raise the quote. Batteries and other hazmat stay Ground in the lower 48 only.
• PDF invoice for your books. Purchase-order notes are fine. We do not offer NET terms.
• Optional company name on the account for shop and fleet orders.

What we do not do

• No mystery points or paid membership fee.
• No automatic site discount. Listed price is the site price (our net plus the usual markup). Large volume below that list is reviewed by us, not taken at checkout.
• No NET terms, including government or broker RFQs that ask for NET.
• We do not publish a public phone yet. Email only.

How to open it

Create an account at checkout, or email info@mypartsuniverse.com with:

1. Business name and type (shop, fleet, contractor, or other)
2. Address
3. EIN or resale certificate if you need tax-exempt handling
4. The part numbers you buy most
