Heavy-duty antifreeze stops liquids from freezing inside cooling systems of large trucks, heavy-duty equipment, and buses in very cold temperatures. It is added to radiators to prevent engine damage and inhibit corrosion. Heavy-duty coolants also contain cavitation inhibitors, which stop bubbles from forming air pockets in the engine fluids.
